Profile
Name, @handle, photo, city, the “who you are” label, profile counters and links to your own sections.
What you can set
- Name and “About you”: without phone numbers, email addresses or links.
- Profile photo: shown next to your name on your page and on your pets’ cards. Without a photo, a paw is shown.
- @handle: the public, unique address of your page. It is not taken from your email or name. You can change it only rarely (the app shows the interval), and your previous one stays reserved for you for a while.
- Home city: only the city is saved, not the exact place. You can change it at most 3 times a day.
- Who you are in PetMate: “Private person”, “Breeder”, “Kennel” or “Shelter”. This is a note next to your name; it gives no special rights and does not confirm you.
Profile counters
“Pets”, “Followers”, “Matches”, “Following”, and unique views of your pets. Other people see pets, followers and matches, and on the profile also the number of successful deals and the average rating (reviews).

“My animals”, “My deals”, “Showcase” (showcase), “Personal account” (account), “Settings” (settings), “Delete account” (deletion).
