Not allowed

  • Other people’s photos and descriptions without the right to use them, photos of people without their consent.
  • Passing a sale off as rehoming or breeding, stating a price in a rehoming profile, or covertly offering paid “rehoming services”.
  • Phone numbers, links, messengers, QR codes, shop names and advertising in public texts.
  • Cruelty to animals, calls to violence, indecent or illegal content, spam.
  • The “Needs urgent help” flag or a badge without grounds.
  • Several accounts, inflating likes, views and ratings, bots and automation.
  • Breaking the law, including laws on the treatment of animals, the trade in animals and breeding. That is your responsibility.

Allowed

  • A small kennel logo without contact details.
  • Exchanging contacts in the chat after mutual confirmation.

Who checks

Content is checked by AI (spam, a non-animal in a photo, people, links, contacts, ads) and by a person, the service administrator. The automatic photo check is run with your separate consent when you upload (photos).

What happens for a violation

Hiding the content, a warning, restricting features, removing priority or the badge, blocking the account. You can appeal the decision by writing to support@petmate.club (reports).
