What is PetMate
PetMate helps animals find a home, helps owners find a mate for breeding, and connects people with kennels and shelters. No passwords, and the service is in test mode.

What you can do
- Looking for a home. Browse profiles of animals that need a new family and send the owner a request. Rehoming is free: there is no price in such a profile.
- Breeding. Pick your animal and find a mate of the same breed and the opposite sex. A chat opens only when both sides like each other.
- Kennels and shelters. They keep profiles, show all their animals on one page (the showcase) and can get the “Verified” badge. Kennels and breeders can announce young animals for sale.
- Advertising. Brands of pet goods and services place ads in the app through the advertiser cabinet.
How it works
- You sign in with your email, or with Google or Yandex (how to sign in).
- You browse cards (the feed) or add your own animal (how to add one).
- After a match or an accepted request, a chat opens.
- You agree on details, meet and hand over the animal yourselves. Afterwards you can mark the deal and leave a review.
Important. PetMate does not accept or pass on money for breeding, sale or rehoming, charges no commission and takes no part in payments. The agreement, payment and handover happen outside the service, between people. More: meetings and contacts.
Good to know
- You must be 18 or older to register.
- The service works only in Russia and in test mode until 1 January 2027: failures are possible, and some profiles are demo profiles (what that means).
