Reviews after a deal
How to rate your counterpart with paws, what others will see and how to edit a review.
When you can leave a review
When the deal has the status “Completed”. Each side can leave a review.
Steps
- Open “My deals” and the deal (or open the notification “The deal took place. Leave a review”).
- Tap “Leave a review”.
- Give a rating from 1 to 5 paws.
- If you like, write a text of up to 500 characters, without phone numbers or links.
- Submit the review.
What others will see
The author’s name is shown as “Maria P.”. A person’s profile shows the number of successful deals and the average rating.
Editing a review
The “Edit review” button works once and within 7 days after submission.
Important. While a dispute about the deal is open, you cannot leave a review.
