How to report a profile, photo, message or person and what happens after a report.

How to report
- Open the menu on a profile, message, chat or person’s page.
- Tap “Report this animal”, “Report message”, “Report this person” or “Report”.
- Choose a reason. To report a person you need to describe the problem (at least a few words).
- Tap “Send report”.
The person does not learn that you sent the report. The exception: when you report a deal, your counterpart sees that a report has been filed.
What happens next
Moderators review reports. Measures: hide the content, warn, restrict features, remove priority or the badge, block the account. The measure depends on the seriousness and repetition of the violation. You can appeal a decision by writing to support@petmate.club.
Special cases
- A rights holder or an injured person can write to support@petmate.club and give a link to the content. The answer comes within 10 business days.
- You cannot report your own content.
- You do not need to send the same report twice: the app will show that it has already been accepted.
- Too many reports in a row are temporarily blocked by the app.
