What to do
- Add a profile for the animal with the purpose “Looking for a new home”: photo, name, age, city.
- Wait for the photo check. Until it finishes, the profile is not shown in the feed (how photos are checked).
- Read incoming requests in “Applications”, on the “For my pets” tab. Accept them, or decline with a polite reason (applications).
- After you accept a request, a chat opens. Agree on a meeting.
- When the animal has been handed over, mark the deal.
Worth remembering
- There is no price in a rehoming profile: the animal is given away free of charge. You may not sell under the guise of rehoming or offer paid “rehoming services” (rules).
- If an animal urgently needs help (illness, living on the street), set the flag (more).
- Do not write phone numbers, links or messengers in public texts. Exchange contacts in the chat.
