Personal account and welcome bonus
Where to see your bonus rubles, what you can spend them on and what you cannot. The bonus is credited for registration through 24 December 2026.

What it is
The welcome bonus is 3,000 bonus rubles on registration. The terms of the promotion are in the document “Terms of the PetMate Starter Bonus promotion”.
Who gets it
A person who is 18 or older, registered through 24 December 2026 inclusive (until 00:00 Moscow time on 25 December 2026) and accepted the Terms of Use and the consent to personal data processing. One bonus per person, not per account. You do not need to buy anything, and there is no prize draw.
Where to see it
“Profile” → “Personal account”. It shows your bonus rubles, the date the bonus was received and the history of operations. For now it holds the welcome bonus; payments for services and refunds will appear once services open. You also get a notification.
What you can spend it on
PetMate’s paid services are not open yet, so there is nothing to spend bonus rubles on for now. When the services open, you will be able to pay for them with the bonus; the list and terms will be in the paid services offer. One bonus ruble will cover one ruble of a service’s price.
What you cannot do
Bonus rubles are not money. You cannot withdraw them, exchange them for money, goods or services outside the service, give them to another person or use them for payments between people. Topping up the account is not possible for now.
Terms
Bonus rubles do not expire: after 1 January 2027 they stay on your account. The organiser may cancel a bonus in the cases set out in the promotion terms (for example, several accounts belonging to one person). If you delete your account, you have 30 days to restore it together with the account. After final deletion the remainder is cancelled.
