Deleting your account
How to delete your account and what happens in the first 30 days and after.
How to delete it
- Open “Profile” → “Delete account”.
- Choose a reason if you like.
- Enter the confirmation word and tap “Delete account”. The app may ask you to sign in again.
What happens next
- The account and profiles are hidden at once. You are signed out on all devices.
- For 30 days you can change your mind: sign in again and tap “Restore account”. Your personal account is restored with it.
- After 30 days personal data is erased, and chats you took part in are deleted entirely, including your counterparts’ messages.
- The remaining bonus rubles are cancelled. Registering again does not give a new welcome bonus if you have already received one (personal account).
Good to know
- If there is an unresolved report against your account, final deletion is postponed until it is resolved.
