How much does it cost?
Browsing the feed, chatting and rehoming are free. Paid services (promoting a profile, a frame and others) are arranged under an offer (legal documents). Rehoming is always free: there is no price in such a profile.
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in with a code from an email, a link, or through Google or Yandex (signing in).
How old must I be to register?
- This is a mandatory condition.
Where do I pay for an animal?
Nowhere in PetMate: the service does not accept money for animals and takes no part in payments. Payments happen between people outside the service (safety).
Why are the photos blurred?
You are not signed in (guest).
Why are there no cards?
There is nobody nearby, your filters are too strict, or you have seen everyone. Reset your filters and check back later (filters).
Why can’t I see my profile in the feed?
The photo check is running, no city is set, or the profile is paused (my animals).
Does the “Verified” badge guarantee quality?
No. It means the administration checked the owner’s details at the time of the check (the badge).
What is “Demo animal (test)”?
A demonstration profile that has no real owner (more).
Where does the service work?
Only in Russia for now.
How do I delete my account?
In “Profile” (deletion).
