Documents
- Terms of Use. Who may use the service (from age 18), what you must not publish, how chats, reports, the “Verified” badge, advertising and account deletion work. PetMate does not accept money for animals, charges no commission and is not responsible for deals between people.
- Personal Data Processing Policy. What data is collected, why, how long it is kept and how you can manage it.
- Consent to personal data processing. You give it by ticking a box when you sign in.
- Cookie Policy. Which cookies the site uses and how to choose what is enabled.
- Public offer for paid services. PetMate’s paid services: promoting a profile’s position, a frame, extra places, a priority application. Profile impressions are not sold.
- Advertiser offer. Terms of placing ads, moderation, labelling, the “Test” plan (how to place an ad).
- Terms of the “PetMate Starter Bonus” promotion. Who gets the welcome bonus and when (personal account).
- Appendix 1, Rules for applying recommendation technologies. By which signs the feed is built: first what is nearby and fits your request.
