Showcase: all your animals on one page
How to turn on a showcase, choose who sees it and share the /@handle link.
What a showcase is
A page /@your_handle/showcase listing all your active animals. It is handy for sending to friends, buyers and people who help find owners.
Steps
- Open “Profile” → “Showcase” → “Manage showcase”.
- If you do not have a @handle yet, tap “Set a @handle”: it becomes the address of your showcase. A handle is public and unique: Latin letters, digits, underscore and dot.
- In the “Who can see the showcase” block choose a mode:
- Off: there is no page, only you see it;
- For selected people: you and the people you added by their exact @handle can see it;
- For everyone: anyone with the link, even without signing in to PetMate.
- For the “For everyone” mode the app asks for confirmation: “Yes, for everyone”.
- In the “Link” block tap “Copy” or “Share”.
- In the “Which animals are shown” block, use the switch to remove animals you do not want to show.
The “For selected people” mode
Add a registered person by their exact @handle. They will not get a notification, so send them the link yourself. Unfollowing you does not revoke access; you can remove a person with the “Remove” button. Other visitors see a lock.
What the mode limits
Only the list page. Animal profiles stay in the feed and open by direct link. If the showcase is “for selected people”, others will not see the list of animals on your profile either.
Important. An animal you switch off disappears only from the showcase list but stays in the feed.
